Your leads stopped opening emails. They didn’t stop scrolling.
We connect ActiveCampaign to your Meta and LinkedIn ad accounts, so the right contacts land in the right retargeting audiences on their own. And drop out the moment they buy.

Here’s how it usually goes. Someone downloads your guide, gets a few emails, opens one. Maybe two. Then nothing.
They’re not gone. They’re on Instagram at 9pm and on LinkedIn between meetings. You just aren’t there.
Or you are there, sort of. Somebody exported a CSV six months ago and uploaded it to Facebook. That audience hasn’t changed since, so it’s still showing “book now” ads to people who already booked, and it’s never heard of anyone who signed up after the export.
Sound about right? That’s not a you problem. It’s a plumbing problem, and ActiveCampaign already has the pipes. Most accounts just never hook them up.
Your pixel knows who visited. ActiveCampaign knows who they are.
You don’t have to pick one. They do different jobs.
The Meta or LinkedIn pixel
It sees that someone landed on a page. That’s useful. But it doesn’t know whether they’re a brand-new visitor, a lead who’s been ignoring you for a month, or a customer who paid you last week.
Audiences built from ActiveCampaign
These come from what you actually know: what someone downloaded, which emails they clicked, where they sit in your pipeline, whether they’ve bought. So you can show the right ad to the right stage, and stop paying to advertise to people who’ve already said yes.
We wire your email list to your ad audiences
Once it’s set up, it runs itself. No more exports.
Connect the accounts
We link your Meta and LinkedIn ad accounts to ActiveCampaign using the native integrations. No spreadsheets, no extra subscriptions.
Build the audiences
We map your segments to audiences that match how you sell: new leads, engaged but not booked, open deals, past customers.
Automate the in and out
Automations add contacts when they hit a stage and pull them out when they move on. Buyers stop seeing “buy now” ads the day they buy.
Hand it off clean
You get a plain-English map of every audience and what it’s for, so whoever runs your ads can use them on day one.
Your email list and your ad audiences should be the same list.
Right now they probably aren’t. Every contact who signs up, books, or buys should change who sees your ads, without anybody remembering to do it.
Businesses already spending on ads
You’re running Meta or LinkedIn ads now, or you’re about to. B2B teams usually get the most out of LinkedIn. Consumer brands and ecommerce lean on Meta. Plenty of businesses use both.
If you aren’t spending on ads and don’t plan to, this isn’t your next step. Fix your email follow-up first. We can help with that too.
We own the plumbing, not just the setup
We’re an ActiveCampaign Certified Consultant and Partner Agency. That means we know where these integrations break: a disconnected ad account, a tag nobody applies anymore, an automation that adds people but never removes them.
We build it so it keeps working after we leave. And if something stops syncing, you know exactly who to call.
Before you book
Does ActiveCampaign integrate with Facebook and LinkedIn ads?
Yes, both natively. The Facebook Custom Audiences integration lets ActiveCampaign automations add and remove contacts from your Meta audiences. The LinkedIn Ads integration does the same for LinkedIn Matched Audiences, and can also pull LinkedIn Lead Gen Form submissions into ActiveCampaign. The LinkedIn integration needs the Plus plan or higher.
How is this different from the Meta Pixel?
The pixel tracks website visits. ActiveCampaign audiences are built from what you know about each contact: their stage, their behavior, whether they’ve bought. Most businesses should run both. This covers the part the pixel can’t see.
Will every contact show up in my audience?
No, and anyone who says otherwise is guessing. Meta and LinkedIn match contacts by email. If someone gave you a different address than the one on their Facebook or LinkedIn account, they won’t match. Small segments can also be too small for the ad platform to serve. We’ll tell you up front which audiences are big enough to be worth it.
Do you run the ad campaigns too?
We build the audiences and the automations that keep them current. The creative, budgets, and bidding stay with you or whoever runs your ads now. We’ll make sure they know exactly what each audience is for.
How long does setup take?
It depends on how clean your account is. If your tags and segments already make sense, it’s quick. If they don’t, we’ll fix that first, because an audience is only as good as the data feeding it. You’ll know which situation you’re in after the first call.
Will this just be a sales pitch?
No. It’s 30 minutes looking at your actual setup. If retargeting from ActiveCampaign doesn’t make sense for you yet, we’ll say so and tell you what would help more.
