I was recently in a market research study, not initially knowing what brand was behind the study, only knowing it involved some marketing platform and the screening questions had asked about video tools.
Little did I know that I’d wind up in a study about Wistia.
Let alone that I’d be recording a love song to Wistia?!?! Apologies to Elvis Costello and Alison, the inspiration for my love letter to Wistia. By the way, you can love someone and their imperfections. Wistia isn’t perfect (although close to it). If you’ve ever heard “Alison” you know that while it may be a love song, all is not perfect either. The only thing I can find wrong with Wistia is that their native integration with ActiveCampaign isn’t as robust as for bigger platforms such as Salesforce and Marketo.
Some background – I’ve used Wistia for over 5 years – that’s a long time in martech. I’ve used Wistia at big companies, small businesses, and now recommend it to my clients.
