OptiMonk example – Pop Up With Custom Field Dropdown + SMS Incentive

This popup style is one of OptiMonk’s most effective and I believe they refer to it as part of a Trojan Horse strategy.

Innocent enough, you ask for their email address. In my case I added a custom drop-down field that allows me to find out what CRM the contact uses – trust me, I’ll get that data directly into ActiveCampaign.

But wait, there’s more.

After they opt-in, you can offer them an incentive to provide their mobile number so you can send SMS/text messages to them, let alone a direct phone line to them.

Test it out for yourself.
